About Us
Founded in 1980 as a political consulting firm, Shipley & Associates has grown into an entirely new type of company, a business with a product that defies easy categorization. We provide a unique and powerful mix of litigation support, communications, and research services to a select group of law firms, corporate legal departments, and other organizations.
You won’t find a litigation support company more adept at background research, or a public relations firm with deeper experience in complex litigation. We are “document” people. We are “people” people. We are perceptive, persistent, and persuasive in all that we do—and we do it all.
We can’t, however, take every project that comes our way. Our discovery consultants, researchers, and media specialists operate best when their talents are sharply focused, and that’s why we stress quality over quantity when it comes to our work. Once our team is on board, though, it seeks to deliver more than expected.
